FloorTec Booking & Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances can change. However, as venue, catering and event costs are confirmed in advance, the following cancellation policy applies to all FloorTec 2027 bookings:

·      Cancellations received more than 30 days prior to the event will receive a full refund.

·      Cancellations received between 14 and 30 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund.

·      Cancellations received less than 14 days prior to the event are non-refundable.

·      No-shows are non-refundable.

·      Tickets may be transferred to another attendee at no additional cost.

Please advise FCIA of any name changes prior to the event.
